ljs kitchen table: 31 Days of Cake

So what is 31 Days of Cake...well very simply everyday of August I am going to make a different cake. I have been collecting recipes old family ones, ones from friends and few new fangle ones. I will be pushing out the meaning of cake in incorporate cup cakes, cheese cake and whatever takes my fancy. I wont be cooking any with to hard to source ingredients that's not my style and I convert recipes with grams to cups (apart from butter and that I make a bit of a guess with.) I am a self taught home cook, I wont be trailing the recipes so if they flop that's what I will post. I hope you subscribe and follow along in August I'm sure there will be some fun and games.

I also still have dates left for cake reviewer. You would pick up the cake from me or we can meet and a mutely convenient spot for you to get the cake for free and all I ask is that you email me a review by 10pm that night so I can post it.
