Shortbread
- 250gr butter at room temperature
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1/2 cup rice flour
Step 1: cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 2: Slowly add the flours mixed and sifted together.
Step 3: Put the mixture onto a greased tray and shape with your hands.
Step 4: Bake at 150c for 40min or until golden brown.
