Every Christmas since my son first Christmas I have ordered a ceramic photo Christmas decoration. The store I used to order them from has since gone out of business so I now order them from Havery Normans. Typically I order them late and if I am lucky I get them a day or two before Christmas other wise they come after Christmas and I just put them away for the following Christmas.
They make a great record of how my kids are growing. The year my son was in four year old kinder he also went to an early intervention program so that year I had a decoration made up with a photo of his teacher because she was amazing and helped our son so much I to remember her every Christmas. I have also given the decorations as gifts as I am a rather sentimental person.
So even if you put the order in now you will have a decoration of this time to remember next year and the years to come.
